Change of mind
Our labels are personalised to the individual therefore we are unable to offer refunds or an exchange service in the case the goods are no longer required or you’ve changed your mind. Please choose carefully.
Incorrect spelling or error
Mrs Labels is not responsible for errors made by the customer therefore do not offer a refund or exchange on your order. This includes spelling, grammatical, typographical, design and quantity errors. Due to the variation of names and order requests we do not proof read orders before printing. Our website offers the ability to preview your label order before you checkout. We recommend double checking all orders so mistakes can be avoided.
If you receive an order that has been misspelt or the error has been made on behalf of Mrs Labels, we will gladly reprint and send your order at no cost or offer you a full refund. Please contact our support team at info@mrslabels.com.au as soon as possible to discuss your options.
